Return deadline
You can request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be possible.
Product conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- To be signs of use;
- In the original packaging;
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and free gifts, if any.
Products that cannot be returned.
- Showing signs of use or damaged by the customer;
- Opened personal hygiene products [e.g., cosmetics, oils, makeup];
- Customized products
Return process
- Contact us by email at cbeaute83.contact@gmail.com or via the store's WhatsApp number 00352691247394, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
Please wait for our authorization and instructions before shipping the product;
- Send the product back according to the instructions received. The refund will only be processed after the item has been inspected.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund.
For payments made via bank transfer or Digicash, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
For payments made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card statement, which may take up to 7 business days.
Replacement
If you wish to exchange the product for another, please contact us. The exchange will be made subject to stock availability.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, in which case the store will cover the costs.
